Infraworks is a specialist service provider to the rail industry. Infraworks is consistently seeking to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. We are proud to be the primary supplier of rail services for many current and upcoming rail infrastructure upgrades and maintenance programs.
Rail workers employed in the demanding environment of modern rail corridors must be well trained in all aspects of their job. At Infraworks, we leave nothing to chance.
Infraworks is committed to the training and development of our employees to ensure we provide a skilled and well-trained workforce to meet and exceed client requirements.
To be able to effectively manage our employee’s training requirements, Infraworks established a Recognised Training Organisation (RTO) namely Train Me RTO (RTO ID 70228).
Our employees are constantly being upskilled to cater for client requirements and to broaden their skills and knowledge from a personal growth perspective as we believe that learning is “life long” and shouldn’t just stop when you leave school or university.
We conduct regular verification of competency assessments (VOC’s) on our employees and any gap training requirements are promptly addressed.
Competencies that require re-accreditation as per requirements of the Rail Safety Act, OH&S regulations, Infraworks and client requirements, are managed by our Operations Team using our Assignar Allocations & Compliance Management Software.
Infraworks delivers highly competent, well-trained and full-accredited staff to all job sites, ensuring that all personnel have the necessary level of literacy, numeracy and verbal skills to carry out related work safely.
These form part of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Plan which includes:
